All party boxes are hand-packed in Brooklyn, NY to make sure your order is perfect! Standard shipping is 8-10 business days.

If you need to upgrade your shipping to Expedited or Next Day shipping please reach out to
us at letsparty@punchparties.com before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate!

Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but please note that all boxes are final sale. However, if something in your box is damaged please contact us at letsparty@punchparties.com and we will do our best to send out a replacement!

Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled. As soon as you click “Pay Now” at check-out your order is sent to our distribution center and they begin picking and packing it right away!

The “Homeslice” Pizza Party Box & The “Glow Up” Spa Party Box are for parties up to four (4) children. These boxes are meant to be for more intimate parties like sleepovers and
playdates.

The “Tulle Cool” Ballet Party Box & The “Yasss Queen” Princess Party Box are for parties up to eight (8) children. These boxes are great for birthday parties!

Yes! We are working on making boxes for both bigger and smaller parties for our next drop!

As of now, we do not offer any customization for party boxes. Our goal is to make throwing
a party as easy as possible—this means you don’t have to add, curate or pick anything out.
We do it for you and deliver it to your door—all you have to do is set up & invite your party
peeps!

We like to think of all of our boxes as gender neutral—both girls and boys love a PUNCH!
